Sarah is a Yoga Alliance–certified teacher with 600 hours of training completed in Crete, Nepal, and Ioannina. Over 16 years of practice, she was first drawn to yoga for its deep relaxation; over time it became a path to self-awareness and a grounded connection to self and others.
She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative styles, and weaves mindfulness and meditation into every class to support holistic wellbeing.
Her teaching is steady, breath-led, and accessible, offering options for all levels. She draws on Pilates (Mat 2) and relaxation massage to balance strength, mobility, and recovery—so you leave feeling clear, calm, and renewed.
On our retreat, you can expect nurturing practices in nature, mindful sequencing, and spacious moments of stillness to help you restore, reset, and reconnect.
