Throughout the week, your practice is guided by Sarah (@flexwithsarah), offering twice‑daily sessions suitable for all levels.

  • Morning: More energising practices (Vinyasa, Hatha) to awaken the body and build strength.
  • Evening: Restorative sessions (Yin, Yoga Nidra) to release tension and support deep rest.

The focus is on helping you deepen your yoga practice in a supportive, non‑competitive environment, with options and modifications for everyone.

Healthy, Balanced Meals

 

Nourishment is central to the Peaceful Yoga Retreats philosophy. During your stay, you’ll enjoy:

  • 3 x freshly cooked meals each day
  • A focus on healthy, balanced dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible.

Meals are designed to:

  • Support your energy for twice‑daily yoga.
